This Extra Pale Ale is built on Fonio and Sorghum, two ancient African supergrains that have thrived for millennia in harsh climates. Naturally drought-resistant and climate-resilient, these grains flourish in poor soils without irrigation or chemicals, supporting smallholder farmers and a regenerative future. We’ve paired this crisp, light-bodied base with a vibrant dry-hop of UK Jester and Harlequin. Expect a refreshing, dry finish with bright notes of tropical fruit and summer berries.
