
Stout & Smoke: Beer Pairing Dinner at Soul Barrel August 1st

- Join us for a beer pairing dinner night of stouts and smoked meats! The evening will feature five beers and three courses, including a sneak preview of our annual barrel-aged stout, Black Oil. Starts at 6pm and should end around 8:30-9pm. Seats are limited. MENU Welcome beer: Dakar-Le Cap Micro IPA, a light, refreshing IPA brewed with fonio Starter Smoked Jalapeño Poppers Bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers stuffed with a blend of smoked meats and cream cheese; served with Beer Battered Onion Rings. Paired with Cape Cone, an IPA brewed with South African hops Main Flame-grilled lamb chops, smoked chicken, and smoked sausage; served with honey-glazed corn riblets, beer bread and a fresh Greek salad.
