1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt
  • The item is a stock product (custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty)
  • Services provided were not delivered as agreed or failed to meet the stated specifications

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customised or personalised products (e.g. printed materials, branded items)
  • Software or digital downloads once accessed or activated
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • We will provide instructions and a return reference number
  • Package the item securely and return it to the address provided

6. Service Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a service provided (e.g. equipment servicing), please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a partial refund, re-service, or credit.
