- Description Cellulose 250ml, 500ml, 1L, 2.5L and 5L are colour matched to the TATA Steel samples so they will be the same colour and gloss level as the TATA Steel sample. If the colour you require is not listed please contact us as we have a large range of TATA Steel colours. Coverage: Roughly 8-10 sqm per 1L. This depends on colour and application. Spray application only. 1:1 mix with thinners; Premium thinners (spring/summer) Anti-Bloom thinners (autumn/winter) You will need to apply an appropriate primer; CA29 Etch Primer Grey – for metal surfaces High Build Primer – for pre-coating (used on any surface) Plastic Primer – for plastic surfaces No undercoat required.
