We love KitchenAid and have used them for years. This toaster was manufactured 11 yrs ago and came from Always-Quality and they only warranty items for 30 days. Thank God KitchenAid honored their one year warranty and we’re getting a new toaster, this one only toasts on one side. If KA had decided the toaster was too old, which they nearly did decide that, we would have been screwed. Walmart needs to stop letting their vendors sell OLD products.
