XDP1000 is a water-miscible cutting fluid with high lubricating and cooling properties based on refined mineral oil and anti-wear and anti-oxidant additives. Thanks to its high oil content, it allows to obtain a very good finish of parts and a long life of the tool. XDP1000 is a cutting product that is suitable for machining metals such as steel, copper, brass and their alloys. It can be used in a wide range of water hardness between 50 and 500 ppm CaCO3. XDP1000 is a free soluble oil from chlorinated derivatives, boron, amines, nitrites or sulphur’s. XDP1000 is a concentrate which must be diluted in water with hardness between 50 to 500 ppm of CaCO3. Concentrate has to be added to water and not vice versa. The application concentration could be between 5% to 6% for light duty operations and between 8% to 10% for heavy duty ones.
