Description A round tip ESD polyester swab designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications. This swab is excellent for the safe cleaning of static sensitive electronic components in static controlled areas, minimising the risk of electrostatic damage. The ultra clean polyester, dissipative swab is good for cleaning very small grooved, slotted and recessed component parts. It can easily remove particle residue and contaminants with no abrasion. This swab features a compact and firm ESD-safe handle with a round internal core and tip. The handle is made from a patented inherently polymer to provide clean permanent protections without contributing particulate contaminates to the cleanroom. The round tip ESD polyester swab is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and DOP. It has very low particle generation, fibres, ion content and extractables.
